It takes grit to keep a business chugging.

This is why we only work with a limited number of clients at any time — because the decision to work with you signals our commitment to seeing your brand succeed. And although we regularly take on short-term projects, many of our clients are brand owners we have worked with for years.

  • Small business brand development / Reputation building / Email marketing/ Editorial strategy and development / Customer experience design and retention / Partnership marketing/ Ads management/ B2B marketing / End-to-end publication development / Brand consulting / Visual merchandising

  • In all our projects, we combine

    Commercial acumen
    + Brand stewardship
+ A clear vision for the future

to build small businesses that stand out for their processes, products, and purpose. Our approach aims to ensure your brand is here to play the long game: to outlast trends, grow a community of loyal advocates, and never be run-of-the-mill.

  • Our greatest hits from a decade of work include:

From Our Clients

CHARLOTTE CAIN, FOUNDER OF BOUTIQUE FAIRS SINGAPORE
client from 2014 - present

I have always felt that Public Culture places the client first and foremost in every aspect. I love the sincerity and depth of their work, their integrity and creative input. Throughout the years of working with Public Culture, that integrity has shown itself in so many ways, especially in cases where the ‘client first’ belief was upheld. I have never doubted they hold the interest of my business as the utmost priority.

It is Public Culture that has single-handedly placed Boutique Fairs Singapore where it is today through taking the time to truly understand the ethos of the brand. I appreciate their openness to dialogue and direction, their commitment to the cause and their ever present constructive and creative input.

I would not hesitate in recommending Public Culture as Boutique Fairs Singapore’s standing in social media would not be where it is today, had it not been for the depth and determination of their work.

CAROLINE CHIN GEYLER, FOUNDER OF ARETE CULTURE
client from 2014 - present

I highly recommend Public Culture to those looking for an amazing and results-driven partner with the ability to take your company to the next level. We have partnered for seven years now and remain very happy clients. As our business grew, we eventually arrived at a point where we needed to progress to the next phase of growth. Public Culture not only took our ideas and strategies to make them accessible and comprehensible, but also ensured that the message was delivered efficiently to the right target audience. The quality of their work is simply exceptional and the end results were aligned to our vision.

JIN LEE, FOUNDER OF PLURAL SUPPLY
client from 2022 - PRESENT

One year after we started our business, we decided to rebrand Plural Supply. A good friend recommended Public Culture and after speaking to them, we felt that they were very honest and transparent about what they could do to help Plural Supply with our rebranding exercise and long term marketing needs. Having worked with the team for 1.5 years, we feel that they are always ready to respond to different needs and questions that we have about visual merchandising, website development and management, branding, packaging, email and social marketing, ads management, photography and videography.

We appreciate that Public Culture takes the time to consider any questions we have related to branding, marketing or product, and always comes back with good suggestions and are able to implement them. Public Culture has had a huge impact on the way the Plural Supply business grew. After our rebranding exercise and the continued work on our social media marketing by Public Culture, we experienced an increase in collaboration and business opportunities.

We would definitely recommend Public Culture for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, creative and effective marketing team to work with.
