Woomentum helps women entrepreneurs start their business with funding opportunities by increasing their exposure to potential investors and donators. They provide mentoring and support in the pitching process and lead the way to funding, as well as work closely with crowdfunding platforms.
On 22 April 2014, Woomentum held its inaugural live crowdfunding event, #crowdfundherlive, at The Hub (Singapore). The event saw more than 80 attendees in support of four women entrepreneurs.
Panelists and guest speakers included Meri Rosich, Founder & CMO at Quality Time Lab; Emi Takemura, Co-Founder & Head of Asia Peatix, and Adeline Chu, COO of award-winning Nanoveu and former CMO Imagineer of Playmoolah.
Public Culture was responsible for the campaign's social media management, specifically handling the event's live tweeting. We also worked closely with the event management team to ensure the smooth execution of #crowdfundherlive.
